Michele offers both professional and individual coaching services. She has an office in Bloomington where she sees clients and is also available for phone appointments. The session consists primarily of discussion about your growth and development and can also include spiritual practice or energy work such as guided imagery, prayer, breathwork or meditation.

Individual Coaching

Michele offers private one on one transformational coaching sessions where we will explore your gifts, talents, wisdom, and passions as well as exposing and unblocking limiting beliefs, self-talk, patterns, and fears. 

Michele utilizes her abilities in deep listening, intuition, appreciative inquiry, spiritual practices, mind-body skills, presence and emotional intelligence. Working with Michele, clients create self-directed strategies to implement the changes they desire.

Leaders embody sense of interconnection and work from a place of intention, choice, empowerment, resourcefulness, and ease.

Mindful Living Group Coaching and Connection

YOU are invited to join a small online group meeting twice a month beginning in July to connect and support each other on our awakening journey. Numerous requests have come to me over the past couple months from clients, students, friends and colleagues to facilitate sharing and learning among a small group of like-minded like-hearted people committed to living mindfully and in their power. I am delighted to be facilitating and coaching during our gatherings.
