My 2025 RESET continues with a complete emptying of a storage unit I had for way too long. It has been a physically and emotionally challenging process. In my conversations with friends and clients, it seems I am not alone in releasing what no longer serves us. In addition to the treasures I am rehoming, I am releasing inner limiting beliefs, programming, and conditioning I erroneously took on.

Simultaneously I am reclaiming parts of me I have lost, buried, or gave away to cope. During times of overwhelming experiences such as trauma, challenges, or societal pressures people often repress or distance themselves from aspects of their identity or emotions. Now is my time for another round of intentional healing and reintegration.
Engaging in mindful decluttering a physical space can mirror and facilitate clearing emotional and mental clutter. Healing is occurring for me as memories are bubbling up into my awareness as I sort through old photos and memorabilia. Gloria Karpinski, an amazing spiritual teacher of mine, passed on in May. She used to say that during the planetary shift we are experiencing, “all things hidden must come to the surface.”
What Are YOU Releasing and Reclaiming?
There’s significant evidence of the value of exploring the subconscious, the part of the mind of which one is not fully aware yet influences one’s actions and feelings. There is extensive research on this topic in areas like Shamanism and Jungian psychology. This journey into deep clearing work is a source of spiritual power and transformation. For me, the process has brought up some resistance to letting go. Seeking and accepting support is essential. I am grateful for my organizing specialist, my young strong nephews, an energy healing session, a walk in nature, massage, and my own coaching sessions.
Healing the subconscious mind involves techniques like meditation, visualization, affirmations, gratitude, and hypnosis, all aimed at accessing and influencing those deeply ingrained patterns and beliefs.

By intentionally working with the subconscious, individuals can:
- Address past traumas
- Release negative emotions
- Overcome negative thought patterns
- Improve mental health
- Achieve personal growth
- Foster positive change
- Enhance creativity and intuition.
- Improve relationships and well-being.
- Promote self-awareness and autonomy
As I said last month in my blog, be patient and provide lots of self-love and self-care!
The process of releasing and reclaiming can be tedious and difficult. We are all invited to step fully into our power! Now is the time to accelerate and amplify our inner self-love as we envision a future where every system supports the flourishing of all life on this planet.
