Are there beliefs and fears you picked up along the way that have turned out to be untrue and limiting?
How did you observe them in yourself?
How did you deconstruct and release your false ideas, norms, and programing?
What positive impact occurred when you were free from your imposed conditioning?

As a lifetime student of human development and a transformational coach, I see this practice occurring again and again. My clients and students are intentionally claiming the fully realized, authentic, and empowered version of themselves. The self-sabotaging conditioning, chronic dissatisfaction, and forced conformity are falling away. They reclaim buried or rejected parts of themselves and move from focusing on healing their holes to a state of wholeness. Decisions are made in alignment with their personal values, passion, purpose, and needs.
The lived experience of liberation, self-acceptance, sovereignty, and right relationships is uplifting and ecstatic. Their awareness opens to higher levels of consciousness. Life feels more joyous, authentic, and peaceful.

The process of identifying, dismantling, and releasing the deeply ingrained beliefs, societal norms, familial patterns, and fear-based programming you were taught can include a sense of betrayal, sadness, or grief. The collective narratives about success, money, self-worth, and religion, often create a sense of separation and fear.
When ego driven, you build a false sense of self rooted in absorbing beliefs, norms, and ideas from parents, culture, and media. Breaking free reduces anxiety, depression, fear of judgement, and stress caused by the pressure to toe the line, people-please, or produce constantly.
Have you noticed this happening collectively throughout this country and the world as well?
So many oppressive systems are being further observed, exposed, and deconstructed. We the people are choosing to create interconnected structures that support all life flourishing throughout the planet.
As we individually chose to release limiting programming and conditioning, we have a positive and supportive impact on the collective that is undergoing the same process.
The time is NOW! We got this!
