As an intuitive coach, I find accessing all your ‘ways of knowing’ supports your forward movement to be your optimal flourishing self. I have been asked if I am ‘psychic.’ When I inquire what prompts the question, the common response is that person is looking for someone else to give them direction, advice, or a definitive answer. When you look outside yourself exclusively for wisdom, you are giving your power away.

Intuitive coaching is a collaborative process where we both (or all if group coaching) access our inner knowing and together we find clarity, next steps, insights, inspiration, guidance, and revelation.

We create a safe and sacred container that opens up our access to our multidimensional selves. 

Over the years, my intuition has sharpened as I have been healing my holes and residual trauma. There were times my perceptivity was blocked by my inability to be with what was occurring. My go-to was to flee, some people fight, others freeze. I simply couldn’t stay present if I were triggered. The path of un-conditioning, un-programing, and un-learning has been a windy road. I still feel pain when I ‘know’ suffering in myself or another. My ability to be with it and make powerful choices that are optimal for all involved is exponentially greater. 

Yes, it can be overwhelming at times. I was walking around the lake with a friend, and she asked about my experience of remaining open as a multi-sensory self. I told her it would not be optimal to be on our walk with only one sense open at a time. Just being able to see, but not hear, feel, taste, or smell for instance. Then just open a different sense and shut down the rest. Ugh. Yes, being able to have our ‘CLAIRS’ open can feel intense, so pace yourself. Use your mindfulness tools. Choose who you spend time with, what you watch, put in your body, and how much alone time you need. 

It is SO worth the process of cultivating your intuition and ‘CLAIRS’ to live with continuous access to your amazing multidimensional self!
