Expanding YOUR Coaching Practice & Business starting in September!
Our Summer coaching is well underway and there have been SO many ah-ha moments, shared wisdom, and growing confidence in the NBC-HWC coaches involved from around the country. Some have executed new programs, found new jobs, incorporated new coaching skills, and gained new business practices.
We are starting a new group in September 2020. There continues to be interest from NBC-HWC coaches interested in being supported in a group format as they deepen and expand their coaching practice and business.
The groups are facilitated by Michele Rae, graduate faculty in the Master of Arts in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program in the Earl E Bakken Center for Spirituality & energy healing at the University of Minnesota. She is also a NBC-HWC CE provider and is offering this CE course designed to provide “supervision and training” for a group of coaches committed to expanding their health and wellness coaching practice.
What is NBC-HWC Group Coaching?
This series will focus on deepening our coaching skills and business practices that support sustainable change in ourselves and our clients This coaching process requires authenticity, vulnerability and self-reflection. The topics for each session will be chosen by the group. Each participant brings their questions, intentions and asks which determine our discussion. Topics can include but not be limited to:
This group will meet every other week for 2 hours over an 11-week period via Zoom, an online video conferencing platform.
The program is a total of 6 sessions for 12 CE Credits.

Michele Rae is the founder of The Center Within, author of Living from the Center Within: Co-creating who you are becoming and graduate faculty in the Master of Arts in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program at the University of Minnesota.
She is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and spiritual teacher. In her private practice, she provides holistic intuitive coaching and programs designed to accelerate and support personal, professional and organizational transformation.

What to Expect from Group Coaching
Each member of the group will be responsible for bringing questions around deepening their business and coaching scenarios they would like input and guidance on.
Each participant will check in during each gathering. The topics for each session for deepening coaching skills, business skills and health and wellness will arise from participants intentions, asks and questions.
This is a co-creative process designed to elicit self-generated SMART goals and action steps, provide accountability to the group participants, support and encourage each other, enhance clarity, and reduce barriers to moving forward.
Continuing Education Credits for NBHWC
CEU offering for National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) 12 CEU.
These CE credits are provided by The Center Within which has been approved by the NBHWC, PAC for the continuing education and training of National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC).
CEP Number 100085 Other holistic professionals will be provided a certificate of completion and encouraged to submit to their governing organizations.
